Shipping policy

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders over 900 SEK within Sweden 
For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Time
We process and ship all orders within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. During high demand periods (such as new drops), processing times may be slightly extended, but we always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Carriers
We use PostNord and DHL as our primary carriers. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.

Domestic Delivery (Sweden)
Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days within Sweden after dispatch, depending on the carrier and destination.

International Delivery
We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery time and shipping costs vary depending on the destination. 

Delivery Issues
If your package has not arrived within the estimated time, or if it appears damaged, please contact us at info@kaleastudio.com, and we will assist you.
