Exchanges are free. Choose a new size or colour directly in the form below and we'll send it out as soon as your return is registered. Subject to availability.

Return Costs
A return fee is deducted from your refund:
Sweden: 60 SEK
Denmark: 60 DKK
Finland: €10
Norway: 90 NOK
Switzerland: 9 CHF
Rest of Europe: €10
United Kingdom: £8

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.

Conditions
Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached. Final sale items cannot be returned. If an item is defective or damaged on delivery, return shipping is on us. Contact info@kaleastudio.com.

Returns and Exchanges from the United States
Orders shipped to the United States can't be returned or exchanged through the form. Contact info@kaleastudio.com before sending anything back. Return shipping is at your own expense and we do not provide return labels. Send your return with a tracked service to:

Mark the shipment as "returned goods" on the customs declaration to avoid additional fees. Duties and import taxes paid on the original order are not refunded.
