KALEA STUDIO AB – Return Policy
We want you to love your KALEA STUDIO AB pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Customized or final sale items cannot be returned.
How to start a return
Online – Log in to your account at account.kaleastudio.com and request a return directly.
Once your request is received, we'll send you a return label by email. The return shipping cost is approximately 89 SEK within Sweden. International return costs may be higher and will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping fees are non refundable.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached. Attach the return label and ship to the address provided.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
International returns (outside EU)
For orders shipped outside the EU, customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels for international returns.
Please mark the shipment as "returned goods" on the customs declaration to avoid additional fees. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
